Quilted jackets that are slightly oversized to very oversized seem to be extremely on trend for the upcoming Spring months. I’ve been looking around for the best styles based on fit and price. Here are my three favorite styles.
The first one is this awesome [BLANKNYC] jacket in burnt sage. I love how soft the woven quilted fabric is. It features drop shoulders and an oversized silhouette with a snap button placket. There are two diagonal pockets and a rounded hem on the front. It’s a medium weight jacket for Spring and I definitely see myself grabbing this often and wearing it casually when I am out. I think the quilted design and stitching it has makes it unique. I originally ordered a size xs in this jacket, but ended up going up to a size small to have a more oversized look. This retails for $128 but it’s currently on Amazon for between $70-$75 depending on size. This reminds me of a Free People oversized quilted jacket that is $198. So you can get the look for much less here!
My second savyy find is this Andy & Natalie Women’s Quilted Jacket Raglan Bomber Jacket. It has a closer fit than the [BLANKNYC] jacket. This jacket has a full zip front and the same quilted pattern all over. I have it in black and it looks amazing on! You can definitely dress this jacket up or down. It features two zippered pockets on the side. It does come in several colors, so if you’re not looking for black, you’ll find some great colors to choose from! (I had a tough time deciding which color to get). I purchased it in a small and it’s light-medium weight and perfect for Spring and Fall. Best of all the jacket is so reasonable. It’s currently on-sale for $36.99.
And last but not least is this find from Target. This Wild Fable button-front quilted jacket has two front patch pockets. It features a high collar and is a medium weight jacket. So soft and cozy it will keep you warm. I purchased both the xs and small and decided I liked how the small fit better. I have it in the beige color but it comes in a lighter shade of blue as well.
